    Hey Johnno

When people are not knowledgeable on a subject, they should avoid making accusations like "Nectar you ommitted...""losing credibility"! I did it for a reason, because it does not apply to PNG mines.

That is when I get fired up.

Either do your research and understand what is going on here or don't post just wait until you feel comfortable then buy!

Nuggetty gold doesn't apply to PNG gold deposits because they are sulphides deep inside the mountains. The shallow gold between 100-300metres from the surface has reacted with saline water to purify it, hence the bonanza grades we are seeing with each announcement by IndoChine Mining.

Something to think about while you wait for the PFS below.

Gold deposits in PNG are very large all you have to do is look at the nearby mines.

Buffalo gold drilled approximately 365 drill holes, 300-350metres deep into Mt Kare over a period of 10 years. On average between 30,000-40,000 metres of drilling.

So Mt Kare has been extensively drilled, that's why IndoChine only needs to drill 25 drill holes to complete a PFS in 2 1/2 months.

You can clearly see from this map that Mt Kare sits 500metres above Porgera, a 30 million ounce gold deposit.

Now look at the deep drilling that was done in the past by Buffalo and Madison!

AND REMEMBER WITH THE PRICE OF GOLD AT $1600/OZ, 0.3grams cut off is profitable to be mined. Excluding the silver credits! As per Mr Promnitz's presentation in Geneva, the 20million ounces and growing of silver will pay for the gold production. nee ZERO CASH COST!

We have Ultra High Grade Shallow Gold, which was recently announced as well as deep consistent grades of gold and silver...

    MK06-49 122metres @ 2.36grams per tonne of gold + 15.7grams per tonne of silver

MK06-48 54.8metres 9 (FROM THE SURFACE) @ 1.27 grams per tonne of gold + 25.28 grams per tonne of silver

MK06-43 86metres @ 4.24 grams per tonne of gold + 17.69grams per tonne of silver

MK06-52 79metres @ 2.98 grams per tonne of gold + 60.08grams per tonne of silver

MK9717 58.5metres @ 11.7 grams per tonne of gold + 37.3 grams per tonne of silver

The geological diagram below may help to explain things better for you.

The salt water/saline/meteoric fluid reacts with the gold/silver nearer the surface enriching it, meanwhile the sulphide material, which is NOT NUGGETTY remains at a consistent grade deep in the mountain.

    Cheers Nectar
