From memory the disputed agreemnent between Rcp and the Fiji gov was meant to go to an appeals tribunal.
RCP never reported on the outcome of the appeal or whether the appeal went ahead.
Ridiculous the millions wasted on this venture for no return.
I spoke to the then RCP CEO jerome vitale at the time who was confident of the RCP position. Also mentioned all the drill holes etc were owned by RCP. Not sure if there is any dollar value in this.
