i held rcp from long ago, from memory the fiji government comment on mt kasi was "before they [rcp] bought the property, they were producing gold. After they [rcp] bought it they just drill and drill, what are they doing drilling and not producing!!!"
So guess what the fiji government did, they took back the lease and gave it to people that actually do work.
