Lets not forget that Sojitz and Lynas refer to their agreement as a Strategic Alliance.
Alliances are formed to dictate behaviours when facing the uncertain, otherwise just write up a Agreement
Accordingly my expectation is ,that in true Alliance form , we can expect a Win Win outcome to prevail.
