As one of the more sensible people here, would you be able to expand a little on what order of magnitude and timeframe you are expecting when Winter thaws and Spring arrives? Also - what would be your expectations of market reaction if there happened to be a mid-week announcement of the LAMP kiln firing up, without the TOL having been issued?
