My concern just arose from other threads making it out to be a company breaking occurrence, which I dont understand (ignorance). It would dilute our shares badly, and prob suppress the price lower than where we are now (depending on what other instos do). But wouldnt the LT (3 years) prospects of the company still be unchanged?
I just thought of it as a cap raise, that was going to dilute shares anyway, now the dilution will just be a bit worse.
If cash flow is around the corner, I would imagine Kellett wouldnt be looking to bury LYC, they would get more value in the LT even though its not really their game from my limited understanding of their operations.
