There is no set date but guaranteed they will be fast tracking it once money starts to roll in
It if happens within the next 18 months we've done well. Don't be surprised if it gets done sooner ( wishful thinking on my part)
But I don't think anyone will be game to make a real prediction. I could stand to be corrected.
I respect PA's opinion if he wants to give it.
