After reading each announcement from CRB from the point the announced they had "acquired" Mt Morgan it is my understanding that CRB owns 75% of a PTY LTD company (Raging Bull) that itself has entered into a progressive agreement to buy the project from Norton Goldfields's upon completion/meeting certain milestones.
So am I correct to say that CRB does not own anything other than IP relating to the project and a shareholding in a company that has only a partially met agreement to purchase the project?
