If you compare this particular comments in those two articles, you will find that they are exactly the same, word by word. Are these two articles from the same reporter? (S)he must be a very lazy person. LOL

I asked IK that question twice, one over the phone and the other in email. The followings are quoted from his email reply on 22/07/08:

"The newspaper article is not uptodate. It is looking like a month or two for Access Agreement finalisation."

"No approaches are off the table with respect to extracting value from the exploration areas however the normal process of feasibility study will be used to make development decisions, including heritage and environmental impact considerations."
