Always a danger to count your chickens...

Please correct me if I am wrong, but considering the case is regarding only 13.5% of Mt Mulligan's ownership, apart from the p & d opportunity the result will provide day traders, I personally don't think the case will have a huge long term impact on the sp. For the ST holders I hope i'm wrong?

For me the Exergen JV is where it's at. With almost 40% of stock held by 20 (including directors), a JV ann has the potential to see us very quickly up around $1 or beyond.

If it doesn't eventuate... then we're all screwed. IMHO
