Exergen Prospectus about 12 days away...

Exergen Listing about 6-7 weeks away....What will the Exergen Market Cap be and how will Exergen market themselves? Will there be a broker report, will the large Exergen Backers still own a 5% steak or perhaps larger? Lots of questions will be answered....

Gold drilling to start at GC/Coronation and possibly a few other locations in the near future....(we know the gold is there so its not greenfields drilling)

Mt Mulligan updates/progress must be close...(all sounded good according to last announcement)

New LV Tenements and desktop study must be IMMINENT....

S7 allocation news is meant to be around mid year which is now, should get some details soon, what does MNM have planned for out STRATEGICALLY placed LV Tenements. If MNM plans to apply for S7 allocation, who do we partner up with and what are the term/plans and how will that effect MNM and our LT potential as a company? Are we talking gas, Black coal, Carbon Capture, fertilizer???Will we be free carried to a point just like the Exergen JV, we do own the current coal tenements which is an initial contribution to any agreement...

Why did IK take a pay cut this year and why did he get four bonus incentives for 40k each??Why did he want 3 Million MNMOA which expire in dec 2013? What does he Know that we don't???

What does he have up his sleve???Please let it be good IK
