yep i think the salary is top heavy. i would have liked to have seen the performance hurdles spelled out.
Dont worry about the additional 10% share placement capaicity resolution. they basically get one crack at it per year to get permission to put in place and they took it. Dont see it as imminent but rather a tool in the box to wheel it out if they need it.
Well the MD id getting a big whack to deliver and he is, but the remuneration package dictates that he really delivers.
