The Mt. Gee /Mt. Painter tenement and accompanying uranium deposits was in joint-venture between Goldstream GDM and unlisted Bonanza Gold.
It is now 100% owned by Marathon Resources MTN which debuts on the ASX tomorrow.
GDM are entitled to a royalty of $1 per tonne of ore mined capped at $2 million.
