It would save them a lot of time sure. Or they could just do a take over and keep the required staff? We're talking about a company that has billions at their disposal. They could easily just hire the staff that understand vanadium to do the work for them. Why Share in the profits when you can own all of it now at a cheap price.
KRC's board and their insight into vanadium doesn't really mean much to them. Or hold any weight.
