If only it was that easy. However a lot of sellers will not have their shares showing there, and will only put them out there when the buy target reaches them for fear of putting a block into the buyers side, especially if they have a large parcel to sell. So there could actually be a lot more there than you realise.
Though I have to admit from my point of view, why would you sell now. But everyone has their own strategy.
