We just heard the Gecko Award short-list news and Lynas looks very strong with their entry. Good chance they get it imho, although the technology is widely used elsewhere.
They have apparently been using a MudMaster in their tailings management to great effect. Accelerated mechanical consolidation of tailings has been used for a couple of years at Mt Weld, resulting in decreased footprint and increased water recycling.
I would have enjoyed reading about it earlier; would have loved to have seen some pictures along the way; I probably missed them.
