2012 demand for Nd was ~ 18,000t. FY 2015 Lynas produced less than 10% of that amount. Seems a fair enough comment, especially as at the time of the article (2014) Lynas had probably produced only 750t of Nd in its whole history.
The 4th August comment is this year - by coincidence on the anniversary of the original article.
