Maybe he should have been more clear instead of making one of those Lynas type comments.
What did he really mean?
Did he misrepresent the fact that Lynas does actual produce neodymium or was he simply commenting on the fact that at the time Lynas had not produced enough quantities to warrant a mention as being a producer of neodymium?
