    I have some good news. SLT owns 5,000,000 shares and 5,000,000 options at 9.3 c of MTA. Mta looks like it has some graphite leases next to TON and SYR which are going gang busters and MTA is starting to explore these leases over the next several weeks.
    So i think the true value of SLT today is

    Cash in the bank approx $600k to $700K
    Mta Approx $1,000,000
    Company value Approx $500K

    Total Approx $2,150,000

    Not $1.2 mill. and will only go up with MTA
