Good points Keuize,
But it's not like your buying at a price here, look at the competitors , we appear soooo undervalued but we have some jockeys selling at any price , depressing the market into oblivion, maybe that's the strategy, give it a good shake down however you don't normally throw so much out and at a loss.
Time for the tide to turn, one day I say it I will get it right.
