Good to hear your still kicking in there Suntrader.
But I do feel the end in near for this Co. I wish the Co had released the full judgement as it would have disclosed the "full" extent of the situation - ie: the reasoning behind the judgement. I think the Co didn't want us all to know exactly what the "Go" was in the court matter. I would have also preferred that by now the Co had sought a second legal opinion. I somewhat think they are in current legal proceedings so as to keep the ASX from delisting them.

At the end of the day win or lose the case they just don't imo have the skills and $$$$$$$ to deliver on the project. This is just my own view and not an expressed statement as such. Each should make up their own mind about this. But when I think hard and historically back about this Co I can't remember a time that they ever delivered on a project !!?? in over say 20 years. Let's face it thats not a good track record if I'm Wrong can you please let me know what I missed out on.

This Co should have made a back plan or gone a different path by now in case the Court case goes against them...I wonder what that will be !!!!
