The more I think about it the more likely it seems that there has been a catastrophic breakdown in the relationship between our founders. We were in the middle of a drilling campaign which was abandoned halfway through without informing the market, then we were suspended by the ASX for not submitting a QAR, which when finally submitted was just a cut and paste job from previous announcements. That suggests a lack of communication between Board members to me, perhaps following one overruling the other in regards to the Cobalt campaign, 2 recently hired Board members were also let go at that time and are claiming unpaid wages. Now we see Moran going it alone with a harebrained (IMO) pitch to investors using a different company without Gino to float an apparently abandoned project, a Chinese lithium carbonate plant, on the ASX when the battery industry is moving toward using lithium hydroxide. (For clarification when I say abandoned I mean it's current owners no longer appear to wish to pursue it and when I say harebrained that is my opinion based on the available evidence pertaining to the projected future market conditions for lithium carbonate versus luthium hydroxide).

We desperately need change in the composition of our Board in my opinion. We need to spill the Board.
