Another company run by Gino D'anna (MLS) is currently also being run into the ground with what appears to be share price manipulation and capital raising at a 28% discount with no VWAP one day after the share price is sold down. This is what led me to look at MTC, one of his other companies to see what state it was in and I am frightened at what I am seeing here. Looks like no one will every see their investment again in either company. These people need to be put behind bars.
