Maybe BCC finally scooping up enough for a seat? Their broker might have been instructed to pick up everything under 20c.

That's an interesting trade at 11:38 for 28 shares at 18c for $5.04. Came straight after the price hit 19.5 after many trades at 19. Looks to me like someone has a ceiling on their accumulation plan of around 20c. Indications of a large package being sought perhaps. This reinforces confidence, perhaps Adina results aren't too far away also. Time to make a move
