Rick well the 3 mths is up since bcc bought those 10m shares now have they decided not to increase there holding to get the board seat or was it a matter of not getting any of the top 20 holders to let go of there script i hope we get an update in the next q but i dont think so oh ye guess is what coming shortly not the investment that jarma is talking about but Snow then it will be a matter of sitting back for another 6mths and watching the snow melt.
