Evening Guys,

So spoke to David Riekie today. I’ll try to summarise as best I can, but firstly if he reads the forum, would like to say thanks again for the time taken. I tried to ask some of the questions raised here, with a view to posting that feedback.

Obviously nothing market sensitive in this, but good to get a feel for where they’re at.

So quick points from the conversation:

1. Acknowledgement of the communication issues, and agrees that once holders start calling for an update an announcement or update should be provided. I explained I don’t want him to tweet what they’re eating for breakfast, but when we hear nothing for a few months it gets a little concerning for us holders;

2. He explained the change in direction from focus on Lithium to Cobalt, strategy is sound and makes sense. They’re pretty excited about the prospects of the Cobalt assets and initial chip samples etc.

3. Assured me there has been a lot of work happening in the background and they’ve not been idle.

4. I asked what happened to the drilling campaign in the summer. He explained (and said sounds counterintuitive) but if they get the field work right now they can drill through winter, provided the field work is sound, so I guess we can hope this is what will eventuate;

5. Lithium assets are still there, not forgotten, but management feels the initial work on the cobalt assets and given forecasts believe cobalt is the better play at the moment - to which I agree, given the DRC is the main source in an unstable mining country a decent cobalt asset from stable country is very valuable;

6. The spin off was canned because of the value they believe is in the cobalt asset. Makes sense and I’m happy they did do this;

7. Updates are coming, obviously the quarterly is falling due so this’ll be the first update, of what I’m hoping is a bit more consistent communication from management.

8. I asked how the BCC guys would deem change in direction, given they invested in Lithium prospects, and management have changed tact. Funds weren’t project specific, but company specific and given cobalt was there as well, there’s no issue.

Nothing that we didn’t already know really, but the fact he was happy to take a call was fantastic. Having been a vocal critic of management, I try to be fair in my assessments, but this was a good update which makes me feel better about the investment, and was very reassuring to get this feedback - so thanks again David

I’ve done a little more reading this evening, still blows me away a MC of only 6m. Considering we’ve banked 1.8m in cash from BCC.
