True rick, the cash position is not ideal. But personally I think that BCC has more influence in to Metalstechs strategy than everyone thinks. They may also be a supporting factor for pursuing the cobalt rather than JUST Lithium?. Pure speculation of course.
A project level sell down is still dilution, just a different form to a conventional CR. So I think Russell would be able to weigh up exactly what was more accretive... I hope he would anyway
I think I would prefer a 10 to $20 million cash injection from a sell down , reason being, I think the key to being successful in the battery metals revolution is getting in and securing partners QUICK
Current fully diluted market cap of ~$13 mill. We have 13 projects and $1.4 mill in the bank with a ~$1.5 mill tax credit hopefully on its way in the next few months.
So would our 13 projects be worth more than $10 mill? how much would Terre de montagna be worth being so close to Nemaska?
