I’ve recently been pondering the value of MTCs lithium portfolio. (Trying to work out MTCs actual value)

I’m interested to hear what anyone has to say on the actual value of the total 10 Lithium projects?
How much would they be worth in total? Surely Terre de Montagna alone is worth 2-3 mill? The closer Nemaska get to full production, the more it would appreciate I would think? If the other 9 Lithium projects are worth somewhere around $500k each ,(Cancet $5 mill at a guess?.)  that’d be -
9 x Lithium projects - $9mill
Terre de Montagna   - $2 to $3 mill

Cobalt projects. - $ 2 mill
Cash. - $1 mill
Tax rebate.   - $1.4 mill

We’d have to be pretty close to cash/asset backing around these prices?

I’d love to hear from anyone else on this ? Or if anyone else has or more accurate way to value MTCs assets ?
