Patience, in my honest opinion, they can't afford to have another company which they ipo'd become embroiled in a court battle to have them forced from the board after ATU, nor can they afford to have themselves banned from being a director of a public company by the ASX for breaching the duties of a director. Prepare for rabbits out of hats, they must have something somewhere. If we are forced to launch a class action they could potentially stand to lose everything.
