well, only 48 hours and we'll know just how happy or unhappy the other shareholders of MTC are.
pretty sure there's 40 odd million shares that are still in Escrow till Feb, so I don't think they're eligible to vote. which I believe they are the directors shares. Can anyone confirm that? i'll have a look later tonight when I have time
