Nobs there should be an enquiry IMO. The company has flaunted the Corp Act by not even stating they even commisioned the report in the first place. It took 5 months and news of it being finalised before it was was announced yesterday co-inciding with FMG stating to FDL how much iron ore they found on the 1% JV yesterday?
The FDL price went down when FMG's discovery was announced recently. All investors new that they owned a tenemant close to FMGs.
Where is the "conceptual" report? Why did it take 5 months? Why has Russel provided reports to FDL in the past on the conceivable diamonds that could be found on the same bit of land since 2003, when their was only a dozen microdiamonds found.
Can I make one and post it on the net? LOL
