I don’t disagree with your opinion here. The exploration target published by MTC lead me to believe they’d be pushing forward with exploration to define the said target. That said, I don’t think any rules have been broken, a target is just that, a target. Even if we did find 15 to 25Mt would it be worth developing, probably not IMO.
