I think it would be worth development. There's a bottleneck at the moment where supply is greater than battery chemical manufacture's ability or desire to process, and for vehicle makers and other end users to purchase. This all changes very soon when all those battery gigafactories come online, electric vehicle production ramps up and electricity grids and consumers install more batteries also. By the time Cancet is a mine, that bottleneck will be gone and demand should greatly outstrip supply. MTC might miss the boat at this rate of work though, and that's a leadership failure
