In my opinion the only thing that is worth keeping is Cancet. The rest of the ground around Nemaska and Galaxy has been prospected to death by various companies. It's the wrong geology unfortunately, the temperature regime is all wrong. They might be able to sell Adina as it is open to the east but it is so remote I can't see anyone doing anything there. Who wants to build a $60m road anyway? Maybe recover costs from the drill program but nothing better than that.
If they focus on Cancet then it may come to something but they also risk killing it if new holes don't increase tonnage. With the current portfolio killing Cancet will likely be the end of MTC so they will be extremely risk adverse until they get their shares and have secured another year of salary.
