I'm not too worried about the legal claims. I'm sure they've disappeared by now given what they said in the report about them.
But agree. They need to let us know if that is the case.
You can't help but get the impression that this company is just an annoying little burden on their time for the board.
Why not just let someone else take over? Anyone at all. We'd all be fine with it, we promise.
Not even joking when I say Chairface and Rick would do a great job in comparison.
