Hi fellow holders, @Chair-Face I'm just updating to let you guys know I'm partway through writing a letter to our BoD which I will send by email hopefully tonight to those who have signed up on the form in the original post. You will be able to reply with proposed changes to the letter, or simply reply with if you're happy or not. The goal is to send this out by Friday so there is adequate time for them to reply before the AGM.
