Russell pretty much responded to our letter by "encouraging [us] to read the ASX announcements." a bit of a joke really given that we wouldn't be asking if the answers were there and until I asked for a response with writing he was more than willing to enter a phone call. Seems like he's averse to having anything down in writing and doesn't care that if 30 or so shareholders are asking then it might be in the directors interest to alleviate concerns even if it was announced as there would be a communication breakdown somewhere. I will proceed with obtaining the shareholder register if you all are happy with that? We will probably have to contact other SH via mail.
Would it be in our interest to start a gofundme where we can all contribute for class action or shareholder action? it really depends how far we want to take it at this stage.
