114,000,000 shares on issue including all escrowed shares. All the options have exercise prices at 25c or 30c etc so I doubt they will be in the money by the exercise date...
So 114 million shares x 3.1 c gives us a MC of $3.5Mill
seems to be a bit of interest around the 3c mark today...
