I do share similar sentiment, that there might not be legs to stand on for a class action, although in my opinion they have failed in their role as board of directors, the same people who are meant to represent their shareholders and share their concerns with management seem to shun the very shareholders that allowed MTC to happen. Their egos have gotten the best of them, it seems all of this fuels their ego and lines their pockets. Director of 6 failing companies, still a director right? The lesson here is to not bite the hand that feeds them and ultimately it will be them who suffers, like the 3GC IPO. With that failing it seems they really have to direct their energy back here and try and make it work.
I read some mentioning that their website has changed - it is still the same, it's been like this for months.
