My thoughts are that Russel and Gino are trying to get Mr Zhengrong to sign the paperwork for the $2.5m convertable notes. Cash position at quarters end won’t look all that flash if that $2.5m isn’t received and you take in to account the $650k debt on the books.
Would you invest $2.5m in these directors? I wouldn’t.
