I think that Mr market was aware that BCC were offloading maybe the buyer of this lot is in friendly hands and looking at long term.At the end of the day payday will come as soon as we get that open pit mining permit Maybe the corona viris situation will let the Gvt rethink there stance to get some cash into the economy
