You mean the shareholders of THE best performing IPO of 2013, whose 20c holdings ~10 bagged to $2 thanks to their same philosophy of minimizing share dilution and keeping the register tight? Yeah I'm sure if I make a phone call to their yacht they'll tell me how much they hate the management who made them that much money.
If you call getting a confidential $7.5M loan to top up a $80M position in their own company 'lies and deceit', then I hope they keep lying and deceiving us. They had a right to confidentiality of their own financial positions however the ATU board prioritized disclosure. It was part of larger board tensions which the MTC founders decided to avoid by resigning, however this changed nothing for the company itself.

Atrum wants to raise $5 million and is offering shareholders one new share for every 17 they hold at a price of 50 cents per share, plus one free option for every 2 shares subscribed for in the rights issue.'
