Well, I can totally understand how you feel. But every time I think of exiting, I get back to the valuation of the company, market cap, prospective projects, recent investment by BCC (not to be confused with BBC-don’t google BBC) ...In other words fundamentals.
The main and maybe even the only problems with MTC is management appear to have taken the pedal off the gas , aren’t following through with plans and not communicating effectively with us shareholders.
I think between the both of us Noid , we would own 1% of the company. If we gathered up some other frustrated shareholders to the tune of 4% more of the register(perhaps rick,plext ect) - we could call a “shareholder requisitioned meeting”. (Link below on article re the type of meeting) I would happily organise this if things don’t change. Who’s interested?
Management need to know that we are in the company to make money and we want action and communication.
