Also to put the benchmark in context, that picture was from PLS a year or two ago.
At 30MT they were ~30c, when they expanded to 70MT they was ~50c. They are currently at 90c for a $1.6 BILLION Market cap (That's $1,600,000,000 just in case you didn't realise how many 0's that is).
So even at a casual 30MT they were many, many bags from what MTC is right now, and that's in Australia where mining taxes are heavier than Canada's.
The picture also gives an idea of how moderate intercepts can have massive extensions when followed up.
