No, I wouldn't be so bold as to say that straight up.

What I was pointing out is that in relation to the previous few bars, there was possibly some signs of demand coming in.

If you get enough demand arriving, it may be enough to knock it sideways into a trading range, perhaps even an accumulation zone.

If you have another look at the chart, you can see where this has happened before, but failed.
Most likely in sympathy with the coal price.

I mean anything can happen, it could just reverse, but with such a nasty down trend behind you, the most likely set up would be to move sideways for a period, before any significant rise.
