I wouldn't place too much importance on the broker upgrade(s). They are just re-hashing what shareholders already know.
Take heart from Stanmore Coal's (SMR) announcement this morning. They released a Pre-Feasibility Study on their 5Mt pa coal mine near Wandoan albeit it's an open cut mining operation.
