After a capital reconstruction engineered by chairman, Terry Cuthbertson, Montec seems set to propel its Hobart-based Lark Distillery affiliate into the China market for premium whiskies. Montec recently acquired 30% interest in Lark, gonged as Australia's "Distiller of the year". Cuthbertson has skin. He's joined the board of Lark. He's just outlaid $684K building his MTI stake to near 20%. Cuthbertson is the chairman off My Net Fone, MC $157.4m and Mint Wireless, MC $101.4m.
