Well it was a 3 billion dollar company when it had a half built plant in malysia and a lot of political spot fires. Granted there were big prices for a short time but now we have good prices that are only going up further as china wants to make money too.
So really 30-40 cents is not a stupid idea. MMMM I think this has been forcast by a broker?
