Don't think it's about MtK anymore, it's about where rare earth prices are heading. They can convert and sell all they want, it will be bought by those that see further upside in LYC with rising rare earth prices. It's all about cashflows and if over the next 12 months we see a gradual rise then everything improves at LYC (top line, bottom, line, cashflows, lower debt etc) hence there is value at current prices.
