    MtK will do what's best for MtK.

    They have a lot of power here; a huge stake.

    Either way, that aligns with (rides on) LYC current and future success. Because that success is looking strong and very sustainable, they'd be idiots to dump.

    Even with full dilution factored in, the MCAP works out double.
